Chief Executive Officer
I am Ezenwa Ibeh, founder and CEO of Nschel Nigeria Limited, based in Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria.
With a bachelor’s degree in Power Systems Engineering as my foundational expertise, I bring a strong technical perspective to innovative and sustainable solutions—particularly evident in our solar power system consulting services. Complementing this, I am a PMI-trained and certified Project Manager in Entrepreneurship, enabling me to guide ventures with structure and vision.
My passion for visual storytelling led me to earn a Professional Diploma in Photography, fueling our core media offerings in wedding/events photography & videography, as well as specialized coverage. Today, I also serve part-time as a facilitator in Photography and Cinematography Entrepreneurship at the Directorate of Entrepreneurship Development, Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri, where I mentor aspiring creatives and entrepreneurs.

Marketing Manager
I am Ruth lbeh, a dynamic Marketing Manager at Nschel Nigeria Limited, a versatile Owerri-based company specializing in creative media (photography, videography, weddings, pre-weddings, events, burials), solar power consulting, agribusiness, and more.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics and serve as a part-time lecturer in the Agricultural Technology Department of Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri. Blending economic expertise with agribusiness insights to support Nschel’s sustainable and entrepreneurial focus.
I drive brand growth across the company’s portfolio while advocating for women in business and agriculture, drawing inspiration from Nigeria’s cultural and rural landscapes. Under my leadership, Nschel builds trust, innovation, and impact in media, renewables, and agribusiness.
